The video below shows how 'Rapid Winch' Belt Lifter solves the problem of lifting belts to
change rollers and solves ALL of the issues associated with this routine maintenance procedure.
Once it is clamped to both sides of the frame and straps connected and tensioned the manually
operated winch lifts the belt clear of the roller to be changed as well as neighbouring rollers
providing easy access.
Once changed the belt is lowered back into place and disconnected from the frame.
Also shown in use on return rollers from below the belt.
