HIGHLY CORROSION RESISTANT
Can resist corrosive chemicals, acids, and alkalis. ABRASION RESISTANT
A 10mm thick high wear resistant shell which can withstand considerable impact.
LIGHTWEIGHT
The horizon roller is one third of the weight of a steel roller which, coupled with superior strength, means that less energy is required to drive the conveyor belt, transportation costs are reduced and considerable savings can be achieved.
REDUCED BELT DAMAGE
Should a HDPE roller jam there is no steel in contact with the belt to cause damage.
LOW NOISE OPERATION
HDPE components considerably reduce noise level especially when using mechanical clip joints.
LABYRINTH SEALS
The large outer stationary seal protects the roller from easily jamming and seizing. The primary seal is a 3 part labyrinth, followed by a secondary bearing lip and grease retention seal.
BEARINGS
Deep groove size resistant type fitted with a steel cage.
